Ken has enjoyed a diverse career providing business advisory, business coaching and public accounting services to small to medium size enterprises. He has held numerous positions within local and national accounting firms in three states and has been licensed as a CPA with the state of Colorado since 1980.
Ken's career has focused on providing business advisory services and traditional tax planning and compliance services to small to medium size enterprises and the entrepreneurs behind those businesses.

Jasper Welch has been a Four Corners area resident since 1976. He owns and operates Four Corners Management Systems, started in 1991, a management consulting practice, which specializes in:
- strategic planning
- organizational development
- staff training.
He provides management consulting services to businesses, individuals, government agencies and non-profit organizations.
Jasper has worked as a small business person in the private sector in the printing, office supplies, advertising, retail, and management consulting fields. In the non-profit sector, Jasper has served as a local Chamber executive and he has served on numerous non-profit Boards and committees. In 1999, Jasper joined San Juan College, in Farmington, NM as the director of the Enterprise Center (business incubator) www.sjc-enterprisecenter.com .
Jasper is certified with Professional Dynametric Programs (PDP) in the PDP System, a comprehensive personnel management system. In addition, Jasper is a certified AchieveGlobal trainer and a certified NxLevel entrepreneurial trainer.

Nancy brings twenty years of consulting experience to Client Focused Solutions. With a Master's degree in Library Science, Nancy understands how to collect, package, and interpret all types of information for clients. Her extensive work in customer service management positions (Wells Fargo Bank, Pacific Gas & Electric, and SBC) has given her a strong client service background with expertise in setting service level goals and working to exceed customers' expectations.
Nancy has held a wide range of management positions ranging from directing complex re-engineering and outsourcing projects in large corporations to introducing new products for an internet startup company.
She has worked with small businesses throughout the Four Corners helping business owners:
- Launch their business by formalizing a dreams through a business plan
- Grow their businesses by conducting market research and putting together a sound marketing plan
- Measure their success by conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing the results.
- Streamline their business by looking at their current operations methods and reviewing best practices.
- Plan for retirement by designing an exit strategy either by include designing a succession plan or working with a business intermediary to sell their business outright.
Working to expand her own consulting firm, Wharton Consulting, has given her a humble appreciation for the skill and fortitude it takes to grow your own business.
